Further, I understand that there may be other risks not known or reasonably foreseeable at this time and that such risks shall be assumed by the undersigned. I do hereby release Midland Titans Baseball, LLC and it’s employees from any and all claims, causes of action, losses, liabilities, damages, or costs relating to or arising out of injury to the participant or his/her property while using the batting cage facility.
