2025 Spring-Summer Registration Commitment

I have read all  of  the  information  within  the MIDLAND  TITANS BASEBALL HANDBOOK. I understand what is expected and agree to follow and support all policies, procedures, and expectations throughout the entire season, specifically parent centric responsibilities such as:

• Maintaining high standards by carrying a positive mantra and the Titan's "class above the rest" mentality.
• Participating in fundraising efforts, team-building events,
• Leading by example, by having good sportsmanship, encouraging players, having good attendance, being timely and prepared, etc.
• Communicating with respect, keeping comments positive, and following the communication protocols.

I understand that by not following these policies and expectations, could result in being dismissed from the Titan program without refund.
